Saw the FS and have our cycle organised. Due to awesome timing I ovulated yesterday so we are doing a practice transfer on Tuesday to make sure that they can easily navigate my cervix. If they can't then I'll be knocked out for transfer again. They've also agreed to progesterone support as I have a 9 day luteal phase by my own tracking. When AF starts (1st August) I can call up and get the show on the road

How exciting Exilius! I'm not due to start Aug 9/10 with my injections but it's a short protocol so all going well, we should have one put back by the end of August..exciting yet scary stuff😜.
We still have 1 last shot at conceiving naturally this mth but hmm not likely so already for IVF!

@Kookii sorry to hear about the bfn. Big hugs to you with lots of wine and chocolate.

I have another scan tomorrow to see how those follicles are progressing with EPU hopefully at the beginning of the week as I don't think I'll make the Thursday. I had 19 follicles on my last scan and I am getting very tight down there. Won't have a transfer until late sept or October though as we are doing PGD and I'll need to sit out to let the body recover. So will cheer you all on in the meantime

Thank you @Keiko2012! May I ask when did you decide to do PGD? After my failed transfers I'm thinking of asking my FS about it.

    Xx

@Kookii it's was actually my fs that recommended it to figure out why I'm still BT pregnant after all this time. I had really fragmented eggs last EPU and out of 16 eggs/ 10 fertilised - I only got 2 blastocysts. One that didn't even make thaw. So he wants to know whether it's me or an embryo issue. The embryologist said at my age 70% should be normal so I nearly didn't see the point of it as it is so expensive, but fs really wanted me to. What I'm scared of is having inconclusive test results and the embryos being discarded. It really depends on the quality of embryos too as they can only test good quality embryos. So it's something that remains to be seen. I'm really hoping for a good batch of eggs this time as I also used a different stim (Menopur) and trigger ( will use lucrin) and added a whole other bunch of vitamins/drugs. It's really just a game of elimination...

Hi, Girls. I bought Lucrin for trigger, only used 40 unit, and still 240 unit left. If anyone want to buy off me (half price) please message me.

Keiko not sure about your clinic but my friend's one if they fail to amplify (inconclusive result/unable to be tested) they freeze them and they are still able to be transferred. Both of her children are embryos where they failed to amplify the DNA

Hi @hope77 yep we did! Seems ages ago now! @exilus yep our clinic discards any embryos that come back with Mosaic testing which means they found normal and abnormal cells/results. But if they aren't good enough to be tested they will definitely be frozen if they show all the signs of a blastocyst.
