@sarah1982 yes after something unique. Think we are going to go with Zarli
Congratulations @stolz you must be soo happy thats shes here safe and sound. hope you are recovering ok and aren't too sore. I have serious bump envy you'll snap back in 2 mins flat. I look like a beached whale 26kgs added so i have to hold up my belly when i walk with 2 hands otherwise i really feel he'll drop out! Good luck with the feeding, sleeping etc etc. 4 more sleeps for me now. Got a baby sitter for tonight for my last hurrah (dinner and a movie) not quite hitting the clubs but at least we re out.😆
Its a boy ladies I went into spontaneous labour yesterday morning at 830am when I was getting ready to head off for my BP check. I was admitted to birth suites due to trying for a VBAC. 8hrs of contracting (every 3mins) my cervix didnt dilate past 1cm and bub was high in my pelvis. We decided at that stage to go for a csec, lucky I followed my gut instinct as he was in quite thick muconium and a bit distressed on delivery. My BP went crazy during the csec and I became unwell so dont remember alot of the csec and was out for the count afterwards. All healthy and happy here now. Recovery is much easier this time.
Congrats @dancingbutterfly! What an unexpected surprise!
Glad to hear you and your little one are doing well and can't wait to hear more (name etc) when you are up for it.
How are all of the other mothers travelling with their little bundles of love?
Aww congratulations @dancingbutterfly. Hope you are ok after what sounds like a crazy delivery. every birth is so individual there really is little point trying to plan as mother nature just seems to flip everything on its head!keeps us on our toes i suppose. My dd had muconium and distress too hence my 1st c section so im v glad to hear hes hear safe and sound.
3 more sleeps now for me. My last night out didnt go as planned cinema and all restaurants closed due to storm but more exciting things to worry about now.😆 good luck ladies.xx
