Default IVF babies due January/February/March 2016

I've just had the follow up obs appointment, after my 20 week scan and things are looking good. Bubs is on the smaller end of the scale, but still within range. We stuck to our guns (as hard as it was) and decided not to find out the gender

    Hope everyone is well. xx

Freakedout - great to hear all is well with you and bub! Good on you for staying strong and not finding out the gender! Im way to impatient, had to know - both times, lol. Do you have any 'feelings' either way or have you had any baby dreams?

All ok here, feeling movement now which is so lovely, its still random and light but good to feel it considering the placenta is blocking most of it being at the front.
I have an OB appt on Monday and Im hoping they might change my due date as bub is measuring 1 week ahead; they didnt change it with my DD even though she measured ahead all the way along but Im going to ask anyway!

I really hope everyone is well

    @SugarBerry - thanks heaps.
I have a feeling it's a girl, not sure why though. I've always seen myself having boys, until now.

Lovely to hear you are feeling bubs more now. It's such a special feeling.

I was told that if it's an IVF bub they won't change due dates irrespective of size, but that might just be my specialist or obs or something.

I'm getting very excited - my nursery furniture finally arrives on Monday.

Can't wait to get it set up!

How's everyone else going? I really need to look back to the list to see who's due first!

Hi Ladies, haven't really commented much in here but will try make more of an effort hahaha!
Had my 20 week scan last week and all was apparently perfect, bub still measuring a week ahead, OB appt on Monday where he apparently wants to start making birthing plans 😁

We didn't find out what we are having wanting a surprise! Never found out with DS either, I kinda felt like I was always having a girl BUT, since the 20 weeks scan I have changed my mind Hahahaha...bub looks soooooo much like my DS comparing both ultrasounds that I just can't wrap my head around bubs being a girl now πŸ˜‚

Hope everyone is traveling along well!

Great news on the 20 weeks scans freakedout44 and Hilton04.

Sugarberry I was also under the impression they don't change due date for IVF. DS1 for me measured two weeks ahead from 9 weeks right through the pregnancy then had 2-3 weeks of virtually no growth right at the end and it all evened out and I went into labour 1 day after my official EDD.

AFM - about to click over 28 weeks. Getting very uncomfortable now and bubs is on the move constantly. Just counting down to Christmas holidays now as it's likely to fly by then.

Barca07, I hope you are keeping well and you got to say your goodbyes to your little angel. Have you had any results on the tests yet?

Great news @Hilton04 - isn't it funny, I was starting to sway and think it might be a boy, then I saw that scan and went right back to thinking it's a girl again.
@SoReady, wow! Your little one will be here before you know it!

Freakedout - I thought my DD was a boy until I found out at the 20w scan she was actually a girl, I was so shocked! With this one, I pretty much felt from the start it was a boy and this time I was right, lol. Yeah, Im pretty sure they wont change the dates due to IVF, but no harm in asking! How exciting about the furniture! I have nothing to buy this time around, it feels weird.

Hilton - yay for a good scan, exciting!

SoReady - wow 28w, not long to go at all! I cant wait till Xmas, it cant come fast enough .

Hope everyone else is travelling ok; think of you often Barca x.

With DS1 I just knew from that first heartbeat scan that he was a boy.

This time around I actually thought it was a girl but it's another boy. We did harmony/nipt tests both times so found out early at 11 weeks.

Great news on good scans @freakedout44 @Hilton04!

Also don't plan on finding out however getting lots of pressure from
family who want to start shopping...

I have a feeling it's a boy but recently thinking maybe girl. My symptoms point to girl if u believe the old wives tales

I'm still feeling really sick so haven't even thought abt shopping/nursery yet, might start after xmas (sales), surely I'll be feeling better by then!!
@SoReady congrats on 3rd trimester!! Hope it's not getting too uncomfortable for u.
