Sugarberry let's hope these placentas move! Mine is at the back but very low. I had a natural delivery last time so would love to avoid a CS this time purely from a recovery perspective and having two under 19 months in the heat of summer.
My hernia is ok, there's not much I can do at this point other than the clinical Pilates to try to stop the abdominal separation from getting worse which will in turn make the hernia worse. It should recover on its own after the birth provided it doesn't get any worse.

Bring on the public holiday and warm weather. Not looking forward to the 100 000 in my neighbourhood on Saturday though

    How is everyone going?
AFM- I had my 16 week ob appointment today- no U/S but got to hear little Joeys heart beat via the doppler. I don't have any symptoms and its too early to feel anything- I was getting a bit worried he/she wasn't in there anymore. So good to hear that heart beat!

Just had a little laugh to myself, which I had to share.
After the stress and $$ of IVF, I just received my first 'embryo storage' bill for $250. It seriously never ends!! Haha

    Hope everyone is going well!

Yes it's a strange time weeks 12-20 isn't it SJ565, not much happens.

I'm 22+3 today and Bub is very active. Nights are getting uncomfortable and I'm up and down all night. I'm getting kicked a lot throughout the night and day.

Oh Barca07 it never ends. I got a bill for our final embryo for the 6 month storage but it was only in storage for 3 weeks!

SoReady - yes, lets hope they do shift up for us! I hope the clinical pilates helps! I recovered really well from my last C-section, so if I do have to have another Im really hoping I recover just as fast and well! It is a pain that you cant do much for the first 2-3 weeks though, but I was driving small distances from 4weeks (I got the all clear from my GP that it was ok to drive before 6weeks).

Barca07 - lol, it really does never end!

AFM - Im doing the GTT this Friday, (the 2 hour test), I have to do it early due to my previous history with gestional diabetes - so hoping I dont have it this time! 16 weeks today, just want to get further to feel movement!!

    Hey ladies,

Good to see all is going well for you all.

I'm feeling a bit the same as you @SJ565 - at 16w 4d not much is happening here, except for a growing belly and boobs and a bit of a sore back. I can't wait for my ob's appointment next week, just to know all is ok in there!

Hi gals, I haven't checked in for a while. I'm nearly 18 weeks and have had a healthy pregnancy so far, aside from the usual first trimester stuff... I had an obs appointment last week and heard a good heart beat on his Doppler which was cool. DD also got to meet the obs so got to ask him lots of questions about what it's like to be a "baby doctor" 😀

    Hi Ladies.
It's very quiet on here.... Hope everyone is traveling well

AFM I'm 22 weeks! Almost 5 months all going well. I now have a little belly and will be going shopping for some bigger clothes this weekend.

Now that I'm showing, it's all starting to feel very real!! 18 weeks to go....

    How is everyone else?
