    Thanks lovelies. Yeah it's a crapper alright but if all goes well, I'll be home by tonight and sore for about a week, so that's doable. DS1 cracked me up last night. Looked at me and said "Mum are you sure the people who are doing your hickmans are actually doctors? Cos they're not very good at it." I wonder myself sometimes!

    Thanks gorgeous girls. The procedure took a fair while and was fairly unpleasant but I've just been moved to dialysis and the line seems to be working well. Four hours of dialysis to go and then DH can take me home, dose me up on painkillers and tuck me into bed!

    Back at dialysis this morning and line number four is officially a goer! Thanks so much for all the love and good wishes.

    I have to share a picture of my DD's latest care package she made for me - the kids really have been amazing through all of this.
