Default Anyone else have unusual uterus cramping at around 5dpo?

Today I've had the most unusual cramping feeling in my uterus. Different feeling to af, ive never really felt it before. Enough to make me think about taking some panadol.

I'm currently on CD18, so af is not due yet but who knows. Im on around 5dpo, pregnancy definitely a possibility. My last two cycles have been a bit weird as I had a mc in March so everything is still getting back to normal.

Anyone else had anything like this before? Could it be implantation cramping? I would think that it would be a bit too soon after conception for implantation.

Some more mild cramping today. Something weird is going on. Either its implantation or I'm having a short luteal phase which means AF is going to arrive very shortly

I had the exact same thing over 5 and 6dpo, day 6 was particularly bad, felt like I was being stabbed on the right side. Woke up today 7dpo and all GONE. I'm so confused, have now convinced myself I'm out for this month
