We are moving house in two weeks, with property inspections in the mean time, so this challenge is an essential for me.

Yesterday I went through my bookshelf and managed to fill a 400 x 400 x 600 moving carton with books I don't want any more. I've called Lifeline and they're coming to pick it up next week.

Bathrooms - I don't keep a whole lot of excess stuff as we just don't have the space. Cleaner came today so both bathrooms are sparkling .

    Okay, days 1 & 2 done.

I found 22 items for recycling/bin/op shop. Felt like cheating including old library cards and pamphlets...but I donated a full wheelie bin's worth of stuff over the weekend, so the obvious things are already gone :P

Vanity as done as best as is going to happen right now. Does look neater. It can be cleaned better if someone who ISN'T 39 weeks pregnant decides to do it.

I did our bathroom vanity yesterday as we had an inspection today....threw out a bunch of stuff...

Not exactly decluttering but about 6 months ago I closed the door on our ensuite....was so sick of cleaning two showers / toilets etc so now we only use the main bathroom lol

Love this idea! What's in your capsule wardrobe? Are you a SAHM, working or both? That will soon be my dilemma. Work clothes and home/everyday/casual clothes!

does anyone know were the cheapest place to buy plastic storage tubs from? I know this is about decluttering but some things you just need to store!

And a huge bag of ds's books packed up to donate. I am a bookaholic and can't help myself buying more and more!

OK here is my winter capsule wardrobe. I have summer stuff packed away so will swap out some of the winter pieces for summer ones when it warms up! Keep in mind this doesn't include sleepwear, workout wear or lounge wear ( I have a pair of trackies and a couple of hoodies) but this is everything in my actual wardrobe ☺ I currently have 38 items! I do also have 2 cocktail dresses I didn't include as they are for special occasions ( supossed to be no more than 33 but whatever works for u)
