Default How long does your 12 month old nap for?

We still don't sleep through the night but I seem to only be able to get one sleep out of her and it's never at a consistent time and usually always in the morning, around 3/4 hrs after she has woken, roughly 9/9.30 sometimes later. It's driving me bonkers!! She can't lay still, constantly wiggling or moving her feet and if I try to stop her she screams.

    My dd has done this:
    (14 mths now)

6 months - 12 hrs with three 30min sleeps in day

10 months -12 hrs plus one 1-1.5hr sleep in middle of day

She never went back to more than one sleep since then

DS is 11.5 months. He has one 45 minute nap in the morning and that's usually it. Unless he is with his dad then for some miraculous reason he will sleep for 1.5-2 hours!

One nap per day - some time between midday and three - for an hour or hour and a half. I can't get her to nap more, no matter what I try.

My DS is almost 14 months so just a little older and has 2 naps a day both usually 1.5 average but sometimes as little as 40 min and up to 2 hours but that is rare.

ETA- DS gets up at sparrows fart and wouldn't survive on only 1 at this stage. If he woke at a more civilized hour, things might be different

Dd4 has 1 sleep a day. Wakes at 7.30/8am, down for a sleep around 10.30am until 1.30/2pm, and then usually bed around 8pm. Some days she doesnt have a sleep at all and is perfectly happy but she does go to bed earlier on those days.

DD is 11.5 months. Usual day is like this:
    6-7am wake up
    9.30-10am nap for 1-2 hours
2.30-3pm nap for about 1 hr
    6.30pm bedtime

Naps range anywhere from 45 min to 2 hrs most often 1.5 hrs in morning & shorter one in the arvo.
Morning sleep is getting later & later so I think the second sleep might drop off in a few months.

From 8-14 months dd had 2 naps a day around 9ish and 1ish, for around an hour each. She was (and still is!) an early bird up by 6 so ready by 9am.

I used morning nap to do chores like washing, and I napped in the arvo. I miss those 2 naps!

She still woke 1-2 times during the night during this age.

8:30-9am, just a 30 min capnap. Then 1-3pm. I'd often have to resettle her during this one. To get her through into another sleep cycle. And she wasn't sleeping through the night, waking about 3 times.
