    Default Quick Avocado Question!

I bought this avo a few days ago. I grabbed it today and it had a soft kind of hollow-ish feeling, I sliced it open and it has a little bit of browning near the seed. Is it ok to use? For a 10mo bub?

I don't eat avocado and know nothing about them lol! I often mix it with cream cheese as a spread for my older child and just kind of guess whether it's ok!

It's hard to see. I'd eat it.

I'd eat it too. I might scrape off parts that are a little bit too brown but I'd eat it if it was only near the seed and not all the way through

I'd scrape off the brown parts but definitely use the rest- not that there's probably anything wrong with the brown pats either I'm just a fusspot!

Looks like it's just a little brown around the seed - I'd just scrape off the brown stuff.

    Cool thanks.

I avoided the brownish areas and used the part that looked good - DS loved his mini avo sandwich squares
