Thank you so much ladies!!! They all say it passes so I'm hoping it will. It's not when I first wake up funny enough it's through out the day and especially after I eat, the only thing I'm loving at the moment is fruit... Everything else I seem to get out off after I'm sick ahhh !!! My way @heydide not long to go Hun that's great news!!! Xxxx

Oh I thought you weren't going to do harmony? Fingers crossed for good results, are you going to find out the gender?

@mags83 mine is also all day long sickness haha but worst in the morning. If I have empty stomach it's really bad so I just keep eating. But to be honest, it's about lunch time when I can start managing ms. Morning is just a write off. I feel sick and off all day long though haha.

Changed my mind. I did all the tests including cf, FSX and SMA. Might as well to get a peace of mind. Yes finding out the gender too. Looks like I might find out tomorrow over the phone. A bit weird finding out over the phone.

I've attached some info that my OB has on her website about supplements that are safe to help with ms and also leg cramps for a bit later on

That's so exciting!! Keep us posted. Do you already suspect what it might be? I was saying he all the time after the heartbeat scan without even realising I was doing it

I have no idea what I'm having at all @SoReady I was too scared to say he or she in case I get used to the idea of one gender and turn out to be the opposite gender. I just want a baby haha.

Thanks for the tips on supplement. Good to see I can have mylanta if needed.

I should have eaten more avocado. Love it still!

Question about calcium. I don't drink milk at all now. Make me sick. So what supplement should I take for calcium? I don't eat yoghurt or cheese either now.

I know that feeling, a healthy baby is really all that matters

I didn't find mylanta great but the chewable quickeze were better, and always have a stash next to your bed for those random 2am attacks in 3rd trimester!

I'm not sure about the calcium. Any reason you have given up yoghurt and cheese? I found after 20 weeks I ate heaps more dairy, especially chocolate milk (naughty!). Maybe ask your OB at your next visit?
