    I feel for you there keiko, my first fet was a fsh stim cycle and I didn't react as expected and hit lots of hurdles. My last fet was s hrt cycle and I loved how straight forward it was much more control over what was happening. If this next cycle doesn't work I will have to do a full stimulated ivf cycle and really worried things wont go to plan. Obviously though a fsh cycle doesn't require the progesterone support as much so thats an added bonus.

    @Heyside hearing that just makes me do a HRT one. I just don't think I can handle the ups and downs of it working or not working all month. Especially since I have PCO that can make that tricky. I guess I'm torn that he thought we'll try the fsh one. And I totally trust him. I wonder whether I can take endometrin instead of crinone as I have 3 boxes left from my jan stim cycle after that was cancelled. How does crinone affect you girls? And do you have to take them 3 times a day. I guess the only thing I'm worried about is the crinone- finding time to do it 3 times a day, accidentally missing doses and having to lie down afterwards. And I guess that if I make it to week 10 that the baby won't make enough progesterone and having a loss then. Maybe I'm overthinking it all as lots have HRT cycles.

    It's my last fet too then back to stim cycle. And that was just pure evil with only 2 embryos out of 16 eggs- that were all fragmented and I got overstimmed. I so don't want to do that again in a hurry!

    Keiko if you make it to week 10 you should have already seen your OB who will test your progesterone etc and advise you then if it is safe to stop progesterone or if they want you to continue. I wouldn't worry too much about that part, your OB will do the right thing when the time comes. Perhaps you need to sit down with your FS again and really weigh up both options and the success rates they predict for you. Gosh it's so hard to know what to do in this strange IVF world

    @SoReady that is a good start. A faint line is still a line. Hopefully it gets darker tomorrow.
    @Keiko2012 so sorry to see your cycle is cancelled. Will you go back to acupuncture? It might help? Also I was only on 1 crinone a day with my fresh cycle. But for my FET cycle, my FS told me to be on pessaries instead. It's cheaper. 1 a day. I'm still on it now. OB /FS wants me to be on it until week 12 to be safe. By week 12, your placenta will take over. If you aren't comfortable to stop at week 10, just ask OB for advise. I hope your next cycle is smooth not like this one. It's been very hard for you.
    @mags83 how are you feeling?
    @Heyside there might be another cancellation in the near future. I'd probably just see him and see what he has to say. Sometimes they want to do further tests and they might delay you to start.

    @Keiko2012 sorry was reading other threads and saw you taking extra supplements. With melatonin, you need the prescription can you get it? Also, remember to only take that up to ovulation then stop. Also stop coq10 once you get your bfp.

    Thanks @Minib yep got the melatonin already. Got that in March and I've just been taking one to help with sleep every now and then. Didn't know that about coq10! Thanks! I'm willing to try anything and everything! hope you are well. Gonna call fs tomorrow and discuss fet options. Not certain the fsh is the way to go.

    What dosage is your melatonin @Keiko2012

    I took vit e, vit d, fish oil, elevit, coq10, melatonin, zinc, and vit b (only took it for 1 cycle). I was the same. I'll take anything to increase my chance. I was desperate. Even took chinese herb for a few months.

    I think it's 300mg? I'm also on Chinese herbs. I've been back to my acupuncturist and she gave me some more. Felt so much better after seeing her today. Also going to start Pilates- just need to find a good one near me. Can be a bit tricky with shift work but need to make that happen. She said it was also good for fertility!
