    Default Wanting to cry ..

    Hi everyone I know it's late but I need some advice
    My 9 month old son is so sick he can breathe or sleep it's 2am and I want to cry because I haven't slept as we'll as usual (which isn't good normally) in 2 days. I just want to help my poor bubba, dr days it's just a cold and I'm a ftm so it very we'll probably is.
    Can anyone offer some relief for my baby so we can both can some rest ? Thanks in advance x

    Try a vapouriser, Vicks, elevating the top end of the cot...

    You poor thing. You could try putting some Vicks in a bowl of boiling water covered on a tea towel on the floor in his room. It's like a cheap vaporiser. It's worked well for us. That and elevating end of bed (phone books on floor under one end of cot) as well as the saline spray and snot sucker. I feel for you. Hope you both get dome sleep soon.

    I do this by my self. No gadget. Just tell bub your going to kiss their nose and block one side. Sick the yuk out and spit onto a tissue. Then the other side. But I only do that cos bub hated anything else.

    I couldn't do it! I can eat some pretty gross things but I don't think I could bring myself to suck my bubbas boogers out. Hats off to you!
