How long have they been sick for. Try tiny sips of water. Ds used to suck on a wet washer.

She has been sick for three day.

But at first I didn't think it was anything as we went to a birthday and she vomited after the birthday so I assumed she ate too much food. Then one more vomit the next day. (It's not like continuous) she stayed at my parents. She's only eaten frozen berries today but now red raw bottom because of too many I think.

She's saying no to even a bottle (which I do when she is very sick) and DS I'm unsure if he's sick or just himself as he's always sick we see paed tomorrow but I'm stressing

Cruskits are pretty tasty and good for plain crackers. Works well with us.

She ate half a normal Icey pole some grapes plus about 1/4 water. Is that enough? She wouldn't even let me give her panadol. Omg she's so strong willed 😳😡

Try mixing panodol in lemonade. Not healthy but no nasty colours and kids tend to chug it
