Default hpt when is too soon?

Quick question how soon is too soon to take a hpt?

Currently 4dp5dt i was thinking about testing from day 7.

Beta is next Wednesday. Problem is its a work day and I dont want a huge surprise or disappointment at work seeing we're keeping our cycle news to ourselves for the first few weeks.

    Any suggestions?

When was the last day you had any drugs that may contain HCG? (Ovidrel/Pregnyl etc) that can effect it but I have been peeing since 5 days hahahaha

Haha glad im not the only impatient one!

My trigger was on 4 july, so its been 11 days. My nurse said it should take around 7 days to leave my body. So i don't think I would get a false positive if i started testing on day 7 😕

My trigger was 2nd July and I've heard about 11-12 days to get out of your system. I could POAS now but I'm still undecided if I will or if I'll wait until BT on Saturday. Only a few more sleeps!

When I fell pregnant with my son I started testing 7dp5dt and got positives from then (had Pregnyl)

This time around curiosity had gotten the better of me! Started testing on Monday (5dp5dt) I only wanted to do every second day but I have issues hahaha have done Mon/Tues/Wed
Slight regrets as I'm worried it's too early but trying to be optimistic! ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1436950312.848317.jpg

I'm hoping the next two days I'll be distracted as I've got things on!

@Myshell87 I started testing from 3DP 5DT and it showed up then but I didn't have any medication that could provide a false positive so I didn't have to worry about that. It has given me the hope I needed. BT tomorrow!!! Very hopeful but obviously can't be over the moon until that phone call.

A huge congrats to those ladies with a BFP! So exciting. Let's spread lots of that baby dust around.

I've been having bloodtests the last few days and looks like I'm ovulating tomorrow. So my transfer is planned for next Tuesday. Eekk!
