Congrats @emby79 hope for the best with the next couple of days
@Myshell87 my nurse told me that a lot of women were doing it at night because they wouldn't forget but no specific time. I did mine 7am before work so I don't think it really matters.

Keiko2012 - Glad you contacted your FS receptionist, hope your FS has got back to you because you are right if you can get started again asap then you need to know what to do next. I understand the issue with your bank account, we are the same, I can deal with the debt if we finally get a beautiful baby from all this but at this stage cant even contemplate dealing with the debt and no baby no.2 .

Phiphi - You are quite in your rights to stress what you would like in regards to putting two embryos back hun so go for it. Maybe try and put your wishes forward before transfer day to keep your stress as low as possible.

emby79 - Great news on your embies hun, good luck with your testing from here.

Bettie - Fabulous fert rate hun, hope they continue to grow from here and you get lots to freeze.

Lovebubs77 - Good luck with your early beta hun x

@HopefulK feel your pain, literally! I'm day 4 post EPU and still sore, think I overdid it yesterday. Have heard it takes 4 or 5 days, sometimes more to recover. My fertility doc only have me a medical certificate for the day of EPU though, luckily I had taken annual leave for a week afterwards anyway! Why don't they tell you it will be this sore is beyond me!

I was the same with EP, so sore! I could hear the other ladies in the ward telling the nurses they didn't have any pain when they were asked. I was in agony! It did ease with each day and I was better a come of days later

I was very sore for at least 7+ days and went from couch to bed. But had ohss as well. I already woke up in agony in recovery. I'm amazed at the women who go back to work the day after. Made me wonder if I was a sook (I don't think I am). Wonder if they just need to poke around a bit more in some people?

Heyside- still haven't heard from fs. Hopefully soon!

I have had really different experiences across all my EPUs - but I think you really do need a good 5 days to start feeling normal again

For my EPU, I didn't have bad pain in the days after, but bloating and constipation from the pain killers. I was ok days 2-3, by day 3-4, I was quite uncomfortable. Had to have an extreme Metamucil intervention.
    hope you're feeling better soon

Also girls, were any of you told when its OK to be intimate with your partner again? Not that I'm keen due to soreness but wasn't told how long we should wait after EPU
