@Phiphi Yep, this forum is awesome, you need support from women who are going through the same thing. I have lost 6 babies to natural conception and I have a nearly 3 year old (we have lost 4 babies since my daughte was born) so am praying for this cycle to work, not sure how much more grief hubby and I can go through. No, unfortunately we aren't transferring this cycle as we are getting pre genetic testing so will do FET in August, my fertility specialist wants to give my body a month rest and start in two cycles time. The waiting is awful. Will look forward to hearing your news Thursday, best of luck to your 5 embys, not long for you to wait now xxx

I feel your pain @Pregnancyhopes. I'm 30. DH and I have had 6 cycles (some full, some FET) and are currently on our 7th (FET). I have never had a BFP.
Each cycle we have tried something new, still with no luck.

Sometimes I think I can't keep going with it - but then I find myself right back here trying again. It's probably easier to keep going than to give up on the dream I guess.

I just keep focusing on the 'new' element of each cycle and it helps me to think that maybe that small change will be the key to success this time round, but there's always that doubt that it will never happen for us.

I hope this time round is the one for us both.

    Where are you based?

This is my second stim (First one was back in 2010, resulted in DS 3.5 and a BFN on my only frosty). Been such a big break feels like my first time all over again

Am on 10ui of Lucrin and now 150ui of Gonalf, will trigger with 250ui of Ovidrel which is new....last time I did Pregnyl so thinking the pen will be less stressful than mixing vials...well I hope! Day 6 bloods for me on Friday, guessing your Thursday?

Nice to have a buddy! Haha
We are almost twins: my story is very very similar to yours!

Had EPU today, I was last in line so had a looooong wait to actually go in, but when I woke up they told me I had 20 eggs, so pretty happy with that. Hoping we get a good fertilisation rate!

Hi @freakedout44 I'm based in Sydney! How about u? I'm with genea and u?

Do you mind me asking what your issues are if you don't mind?

We did IVF first go, than ICSI, than IMSI 3rd round with a long cycle. What have your cycles been like? :-))) thanks for relying

@Pregnancyhopes, I'm based in Melbourne (currently and Monash, previously at City fertility).
initially we thought our issues were only (only? Not only, but you know what I mean Lol) MFI - DH has low count, poor motility and poor morphology.

We have done ICSI for every cycle.

After 5 failed cycles and me and DH having been tested for almost everything under the sun, we heard about another specialist who checks for less 'tested' immunological issues, so DH and I decided to change clinics and specialists.

We then found out we also do have immunological issues - I have high level NK cells and DH and I have matching DQ alpha genes.

We've had one fresh cycle treating these issues and now this FET.

If this one doesn't work, we'll be looking into getting our embryos genetically tested next round - it will be another full cycle.

@freakedout44 thanks again thanks for replying!

That's great, at least u got to the bottom of your issues! Hopefully this one is the one considering u have covered all basis!

Our issues are mild endometriosis and low morphology and DNA fragmentation. Has your partner been tested for DNA fragmentation?

I was tested last month for NK cells and it was negative but I might do a test for the alpha gene! Can't hurt!
