Hi everyone. I'll be joining you in July. I got some bad news today. I had a chemical pregnancy from my first months cycle ( 9dp5dt) and I'm on the dreaded wait. Waiting out this cycle to start a new one. So looks like that will be late June/early July. I've got 3 on ice so it will be my first FET.

Hi ladies, hope it's ok for me to join you. I'm gearing up to do my first IVF cycle, estimate I'll start injections towards end June. Am a little nervous and excited as I'm sure everyone is before they start!

I have a question, my aunt and uncle are visiting from overseas and are supposed to come and stay with us for 3 nights. I think it will be right towards the end of stimming, might even have EPU when they're here. My mum wonders if we should ask them to stay at a hotel, what do you think?

I'm loath to do it, they've put me up so many times, but I'm also aware I don't know how the drugs / EPU will affect me ...

Sorry to hear of your stories so far, best of luck to everybody for this cycle I hope it's the one for you xx

Hi @grace not long now before you start! I think you should be fine if your uncle and aunt stay with you as long as they don't mind and understand that you will need to rest on the day of EPU. I had a bit of pain that night after it and would have been able to cook/ go out for dinner that night. But the next day I woke up without pain. Everyone's different, so you may get no pain and just need to rest. It could be a welcome distraction to help the time go a little quicker. x

All good, that's how I read it :-) I guess just take it as it comes and explain the situation to them... I was worried it would all be a bit much but you've put my mind at rest. Eeek can't wait.

Hi ladies, hubby and I just had our first appointment with new Fs and I'm so glad we changed. He straight away gave me a prescription for Dhea and melatonin whilst my previous Fs shut me down when I queried them. He ordered several tests which have not previously been done and mentioned donor sperm which we have come to terms with but will be making damn sure that that is our only option first. I'm feeling like I have some hope again. I don't think we will be cycling soon as next appointment is in 5 weeks and he will have all evidence then and will have a new game plan for us. I will be cheering you all on from the sidelines and wish you all great cycles and sticky baby dust 💕✨✨✨

Jadette sorry it's another wait but sounds like you're getting the best plan to achieve your little one x

Keiko no not head hunted! We are just old buddies now and unfortunately both having an unlucky run, I want to be there to support you when you get your BFP! Hopefully soon! Besides, the thread just wouldn't be the same without you x

AFM got the call tonight to tell me I'll have my meds by Friday, all set to start injections on Tuesday! I have been stressed with work and life but thankfully that meant the start has crept up on me. Hope the time keeps going fast!
