    Default Teeth grinding in sleep

    My 3yo has started teeth grinding in his sleep.. Im worried because I did it from young and now im having major teeth issues because of it..
    I messaged his mouth to try stop him but he kept going until I woke him slightly then he stopped.

    Anyone have any experience with this so young? Not like I can get my a mouthguard at this age..

    My dd1 did that. It's quite common and she outgrew it after a period of time.

    My ds does it when he's AWAKE :/
    regular dental checks and they arent concerned til the baby teeth are gone, he does it alot during the day and so far minimal impact

    I always ground my teeth when I was coming down with something as a kid.. Maybe it's a cold coming on?
