    Default Teeth grinding in sleep

My 3yo has started teeth grinding in his sleep.. Im worried because I did it from young and now im having major teeth issues because of it..
I messaged his mouth to try stop him but he kept going until I woke him slightly then he stopped.

My dd1 did that. It's quite common and she outgrew it after a period of time.

    Id try worming,
My ds does it when he's AWAKE :/

I always ground my teeth when I was coming down with something as a kid.. Maybe it's a cold coming on?
