    Default What are your favourite quick/easy meals for one?

    As the title suggests - what do you like to make yourself for a quick/easy dinner, when it's just for you?

    Eggs on toast or maybe a jaffal but if I was on my own I'd most likely take the opportunity to have some sneaky and very self indulgent takeaway

    Tuna or avo on rice cakes or maybe eggs of some description

    Chilli tuna and 40 sec brown rice
    Omlette with whatever veg
    toasted sandwich
    lemon and garlic basa fish
    or any kind of beige oven bad for you food hehe

    A naughty platter of mini dim sims, cocktail spring rolls and spinach and ricotta pastries. Dipping sauces of sweet chilli sauce and sweet soy. Soo naughty but solo good

    Tuna and beans, and brown rice.
    Lemon pepper tuna mixed with tabbouli
    Tuna in springwater with a ceaser salad kit from the supermarket.
    Salmon and salad
    Breakfast for dinner
    Cheese platter
    Take away with lots of chilli!

    Something with lots of prawns! Usually laksa 😊

    - Cheese & crackers
    - Omlette
    - Pasta

    A chicken breast with a tin or part there of, of diced tomato and sprinkle of herbs and spices. Chuck in the oven. So yummy and it usually does 2 meals and takes all of 2 mins to put on.
