Can you mix these in the mug? Do they work better with taller narrower mugs of flatter wider ones?

It was nice enough. It wasn't my favourite tbh but I think it would have tasted much better if I had made icing to put on it!

Sorry it's taken me so long.. Kids took years getting to sleep and then I had to go through my old fb posts to find the link. This one was courtesy of the internet and not my book of recipes.

ETA: I hope it's okay to post links?

Most of mine I have mixed in the mug. Either size works as long as the mixture fits and has room to rise. Otherwise you will have it up and over the sides.

    4 tbsp sr flour

    2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil (sunflower is good for baking)
    2 tbsp milk.

Cook for about 1 minute on high. An ideal size when halved between two. It's rich, so vanilla ice cream is an excellent accompaniment.

Variation: once batter is mixed sprinkle over a mix of 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp cocoa and then gently pour on 2tbsp of boiling water for a self saucing pudding.
OMG! Yuuuum! Thanks for the recipe!
