Mine is similar again but slightly different:

In a large ceramic dessert bowl mix:
    4 tbsp sr flour
    2 tbsp cocoa
    2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil (sunflower is good for baking)
    2 tbsp milk.

Cook for about 1 minute on high. An ideal size when halved between two. It's rich, so vanilla ice cream is an excellent accompaniment.

Variation: once batter is mixed sprinkle over a mix of 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp cocoa and then gently pour on 2tbsp of boiling water for a self saucing pudding.

Not the prettiest picture, but it was delicious! Pity I had no ice cream.

My neighbour sent me this. Plus she uses drinking chocolate instead of cocoa and only one tablespoon of sugar. If allergic to peanuts than don't add the peanut butter obviously. Haven't tried it yet though it sounds yummy.

    Default Cake in a mug

    http://www.thenovicechefblog.com/201...tter-mug-cake/

If you like peanut butter and chocolate..this one is my fave. I use coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Soooooo good!

Edit...if you want it a bit more gooey then you can sprinkle some brown sugar and a little bit of water on top before you stick it in the microwave...even more decadent
