Bummer. That's good that the vitex might be helping your lp. You'll be trying again before you know it, good luck

Whats the next step? Is it hubby's sperm that's on the low side too? I can't remember. I know they recommend a sa every 18 months or so

I've started using opk's for the first time this month, and today it came up with a really quick dark positive. Do you only get a positive on o day, or the days leading up to o day as well?

@aliyshah you usually get a positive 12-36 hrs before o. And some people have longer or very short surges. So some people might get two days of positives and others may miss the surge completely unless they test multiple times a day.

Thank you @AdornedWithCats, I'm new to the opk game so I'm not too sure where I sit. I'll have to test again tomorrow. I do have very strong cramping today, and whilst I do get o cramping it seems more than usual. I wonder what that means? Probably just over analysing

Afm, temp is still ok, 9dpo now! Longest lp since before ds. not feeling too positive about this cycle anymore. I think af will come in a few days.
Thanks for your support, still haven't tested (how good am I?!) and was feeling pretty positive until all my CM has 'dried' up, today it's completely gone (sorry TMI). It went creamy and thicker after my estimated O day and now is nowhere to be seen (or felt). bummer. I have been so good by not testing early during this TWW. However hope is not completely lost yet as testing day is this coming Monday... Tick, tock.... Twiddling thumbs....

Congrats to all the BFPs out there :-)

I can just tell this wasn't my month either... This was cycle 5 activity trying (did not prevent before) AF will be here in 3 days or so and I just know she will be here... Feel the same like every other month, crampy and bloted since 7/8dpo... I hate TTC it makes me miserable hence the reason that this was my last month trying. I cannot do this with work and its destroying my marriage as I have become someone I did never want to become. I am constantly sad and joyless. We have decided to do IVF later this year around October when the 12 months are up and I have an appointment with FS in August to discuss this which will be 12 months from when I had my Endo removed. Until then we will not try we decided. We will let the doctors handle it for us.
