    Default What's your interest rate?

    4.25% with st George locked in for 3 years! We also used a broker & we fixed in January this year!!

    4.43 fixed for 5 years. With NAB.

    I'd be really interested to know the amount of debt that you have to have in order to get the really low rates? Is anyone willing to share the range?! Our IR is 4.62% but debt is less than $200k.... would like a better rate though...!

    Subbing to see what the responses are to this question too. We'll be in the market for a loan later this year, so will be interested to see what rate we might reasonably negotiate.

    We have a very large debt as we are property investors and use rental income to pay for our loans.

    Our loan size is $350k and our property is worth close to $500k. We were able to access a lower variable rate as our LVR was less than 80%. Our current financial circumstances meant that fixing for 3 years was a better option for us.
