    Default What's your interest rate?

I'm currently paying 5.37% interest. I'm thinking about engaging a mortgage broker as I think that we can do much better.
If you don't mind sharing, what interest rate is your bank giving you, and did you go through a broker or direct?
    Thanks

Just over 4% with Bankwest (WA). We switched earlier this year from St George. We went to the banks direct to see what they would offer

If you call your bank they will reduce it if you tell them you are looking elsewhere
