Would you share the recipe? I love to eat curries but struggle with the cooking!

    Lamb Korma

1.5 kg leg of lamb chopped (I used about 800g diced lamb)
    2 onions cut in quarters
1 big bunch coriander stalks and leaves
    1 tablespoon crushed ginger
    1 tablespoon crushed garlic
    1 can coconut milk
    1 heaped teaspoon ground cumin
1 heaped teaspoon ground coriander seeds
1 teaspoon salt per kg of meat
green chillies to taste (kids can't handle spice so used half a green chilli)

blend all ingredients except meat in a blender until smooth

add blended mixture and meat into pot and cook on medium until tender stirring so that it doesn't stick. (I used half the amount of meat and cooked for about 2 hours, adding small amounts of water if it gets too thick or starts sticking on the bottom)

this recipe makes quite a bit! We like loads of sauce so I just add less meat, but you can make half the recipe if you don't want too much sauce!

we had this with raita, rice and green beans in a tomato sauce
