    decided to forego cooking dinner this week and having what we call "scrap meals", which includes anything already in the freezer and stuff like scrambled egg, baked beans etc. just cbf cooking this week

    how do you cook the chicken?

    don't think we've ever made parmas at home lol

    yeah I told dh to stop faffing around in the kitchen, mainly because I cbf cleaning up. I'm happy eating scraps for a week. should save a bit on groceries too hopefully lol

    I shallow fry some chicken schnitzels, then in a baking dish I pour on some jar tomato pasta sauce, then ham then grated cheese and bake until cheese is melted. I use most the jar of sauce as DH likes them saucy. It's a bit of a lazy meal unless I make the schnitzels.

    great idea for lazy meals. I'll keep that one in mind. I hate frying meat! it's like a phobia of mine. would it work if you baked the schnitzels in the oven instead of frying (like before you put the sauce, ham & cheese on)?

    I prefer mine baked and not fried. Sometimes I dress them before baking (especially if I am I using diced tomatoes) other times I do it half way through.
