I had things to use up left over from a pizza night on Sat (a scrap of blue cheese, 2 shaved pieces of prosciutto & 3 prawns) so I made chicken breast stuffed with blue cheese, spinach, beetroot leaves, pumpkin seeds, Spanish onion and garlic - wrapped in prosciutto. Topped with garlic prawns and a side of steamed veg. Was a lovely surprise chef dinner.

Made bangers and mash with a side of veg. It was pretty good.

I haven't cooking much here lately so it was what we all deserved I think.

I want to know who's cooking all these delicious meals at your place!? I've been home all day and the only logical dinner I can think of is takeaway whatever 😂
