I did salmon and sweet potato chips, both oven baked with peas and corn. I chopped up two (smallish) sweet potatoes into chips and baked two salmon fillets. The girls must have been hungrier than I thought, as they ate more than me. Now I'm STARVING!!! Can't decide if I should have a snack or just go to bed. I hope that if I just go to bed, my body will just burn some excess off, but I hate it when I can't sleep or wake up too early just because I'm so hungry... 😏

For what it's worth I'd have a snack. Nothing worse than waking up at 2am ravenous and unable to get back to sleep

I think you're right, my insomnia is bad enough without adding to it by being hungry..

Maybe have some yogurt or a banana. Not many carb food.
Personally I'm a little hungry, as I skipped dinner. But I'm tired enough to fall asleep.

    See how you go...
