    @sunnygirl I do shredded carrot, beetroot & broccoli which you can buy premade at woolies! Just boiled egg, quinoa, steamed broccoli, roasted pepitas & sesame seeds then drizzle with olive oil & lemon juice. That photo was my last one but tonight it's brown rice and I'll do avocado too. All can be prepped and kept in fridge then thrown together

    Thanks I should consider pre chopped/shredded! Dying to get back in the kitchen. As bizarre as it sounds!
