    We had baked pesto chicken. I can't stand meat atm but loooove pesto, so my compromise was to hide the chicken amongst pesto to get some into me.

    Lamb curry (currently marinating away in yogurt and spices) with fresh roti and spiced veg masala.

    Shakshouka baked eggs with smokey capsicum and goats cheese with a kale verde

    DH and DD will have corn tortillas with it, I'll just have sour cream and dried chilli

    Making lasagna for the first time in years. It's my favourite food but not something I ever really cook at home. Hope it works!
