    Only thing I would also think about is the clothing that you already have going to fit in the right season?

    What's the age gap? I had my eldest in a toddler bed so I picked up a few more fitted sheets and mattress protectors as I needed them for both the cot and toddler bed.

    Extra face washers could be handy, maybe another towel or or two depending on how well stocked your linen cupboard is.

    A swing (if you don't already have one) - totally godsend

    And set up a safe place to put Bub down if you need to help toddler out. We set up the portacot with change table out in the family room.

    Other than that same gender and season = easy peasy. And now you can justify spending more on clothes for the older one like I do lol
