Sorry to invade your thread but I just wanted to say to @AdornedWithCats. I took vitex while breastfeeding (black mores brand). My grandmother is a naturopath and said it was perfectly safe to take while breastfeeding and so did my gp. Good luck ladies!

    Default Black cohosh and tribulus

I took it to to help make AF more regular. AF returned 6 months after having my ds and they were all over the shop (getting it every two/three weeks and were extremely painful). My grandmother told me to start taking it when I was 8 months post ds and I fell pregnant 2 months later. Having said this though I didn't have any issues falling pregnant with ds (first pregnancy).

I didn't have any trouble with ds either though it did take 8 months. My cycles were almost textbook. Unfortunately now they are regular but my luteal phase is too short to conceive. Thanks for your help @Happymum2
