    Default Black cohosh and tribulus

Has anyone used black cohosh to induce AF and tribulus to regulate their cycle?

I'd love to hear some info and stories please. I'm currently on cd136 and I'm over it.

I've never heard of tribulus. What is it?

    It's apparently similar to vitex.

You've tried the soy again haven't you?

I wish there was something I could take while bfing.

Maybe a lime in a coconut...

Lol sorry I had to go there.

No, I don't think so. I can take b vitamins but that doesn't have a big enough effect. As far as I know its not known whether vitex is safe while bfing and most other things (ie. Maca) are not safe.

    What does the soy do?

Is it supposed to increase estrogen? Either way that's not recommended while bfing either!

I think so? You take it in the form of menopause tablets so I doubt it would be ok for breast feeding. Maybe Rara will drop a feed soon?

Ah ok. Haha should suggest it to my mum!

I don't know re dropping a feed - he dropped his lunch feed with my help but I think he just makes up for it later! Ds is completely b.oob obsessed, he even says it! Haha

Bfing is supposed to reduce progesterone I think so I need something to increase that.

Eta: sorry for taking over your thread.
