    How weird huh?
Can you let me know what they say?
My naturopath said that you don't want to be cooler than 36.5 because it can indicate a thyroid/progesterone issue... She said that if you are not warm enough it can have an effect on the embryo sticking

    Will do.

I think I do have some undiagnosed hormone issue! So I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case with my low temps. Do you mean 36.5 before or after ovulation?

Pretty sure she meant after ovulation.
My thyroid levels are in the "normal" range but she says that the lower they are the better your hormones work. These bloody hormones drive me crazy!!

Ok, so acupuncturist looked at my chart and this I ovulated on CD 14 but it doesn't look like I'll be successful this month. She said my progesterone isn't kicking in when it should.
I think what your naturopath said sounds right.

I wonder if taking progesterone would help? I'm thinking of moving to FS rather than gyno/obs

My naturopath told me to try and get him to write a script for progesterone peccaries which u insert...

She thinks that would help for sure.

    Where abouts are you located?
