Stupid first time Mum question. I just realized I forgot to take my Elevyt yesterday. Should I take two today? Or just let it go?

    I'd let it go.

Don't stress, vitamins are a nice to take rather than a have to take. Except folic acid and any vitamins where you have been diagnosed as low levels.

I would let it go. I missed loads of days in each pregnancy due to ms. The vitamins take a while to build up in your system and a while to drop down again so missing 1 day would not make any difference to what Bub is getting.

Let it go. I forgot mine all the time, I don't think I even finished one box! Folic acid is added to all bread nowadays anyway and that's the most important vitamin.
