    Default Help A Sister Out!

What did you forget to pack in your labour/hospital bag? Or what did you almost forget or feel like could be easily forgotten?

I think I am missing something but I can't put my finger on it!

I packed a ton of stuff I didn't end up needing, but the one thing I'll be sure to pack next time is snacks! DH told me to put the Jatz & biscuits that the hospital had given me in my bag the night before DD was born, and I was very thankful the next night at 3am when I was up feeding DD & suddenly starving!

I second the Snacks... And a comfy jumper or comfy jacket which that's to my wonderful husband I had when I needed during and after feeds!

I've been eating all the snacks out of my hospital bag out of boredom as it gathers dust in the baby's room...

DH ate all my share of the snacks when I was in labour!! Cheeky ate my malteasers and when I asked for some after labour he had to own up to eating them all! Make sure you pack enough snacks for over zealous husbands hehe.

Gatorade/powerade I found good for early-mid labour but I left mine at home.

Pack the camera in the bag with a fully charged battery now so it's ready to go and you don't forget it.

Also small change for said husband to get more snacks from the machines at 2am when he eats all yours.😉
