    Default Weight Watchers or LCHF

    Hi Guys ,

    Just after some others thoughts.

We are going overseas in November, just DP and I. I can't wait!

Anyway I want to loose weight between now and then so I don't avoid photos. I don't own a scales so I don't know how much I weigh. I was planning on tracking progress with a tape measure.

In the past I have lost weight using Weight Watchers (about 15kg) and LCHF (not sure how much). I was going to do WW online.

I'm wondering which one to try this time. I guess my issue with LCHF is that I can't eat eggs and I get sick of meat. I usually have three meat free dinners a week.

So thoughts Weight Watchers or LCHF?

    Thank you

I have lost weight with weight watchers in the past and that worked well. Lost about 12-13 kgs. I don't know what LCHW is, but I am currently doing the Lose Baby weight 28 day challenges- I have lost 19kgs since January 1st and I love it!

I would feel funny about joining a baby weight one. My children are 8 and 11 :O.

I have joined weight watchers and have started. I am going to physio tomorrow to start to get my foot stored (plantar fasciitis), so I can do some sort of exercise. All I am doing at the moment is easy walking.

ETA we don't have scales so for now I am just going to measure.

LCHF is low carb high fat

Have you considered the 5:2 diet? 2 days per week you fast (meaning you consume no more than 500 cal) and 5 days a week you eat normally (although still healthily, you don't need to worry about shunning carbs completely or counting points).

I found I lost not only weight, but a lot of inches from my post baby belly! I like the fasting, but some people can't stand it. I mostly like that carbs are no longer off limits 100%. I'm still sensible about the way I eat, but I don't have to be overly worried all the time.
