    This is the butter chicken recipe I always use - it's really yummy and very child friendly ( I don't put as much chilli in for DS and just add more after I've taken his portion out for DH ) it's so much nicer than any jar mix

    I don't use pre made taco mixes I just make up a spice mix of cumin, smoked paprika and Mexican chilli powder ( which is milder) and marinate the fish ( or whatever protein I use) with garlic, chopped coriander roots, olive oil , lemon juice and my spice mix and then just stir fry it - I don't like the wet/mince taco mixtures so use cubed fish , prawns or strips of beef or chicken
