If you lived in Adelaide I think I would be your "guest" most of the week. That looks awesome.

I cooked dh a spur of the moment dinner last night, super easy and very tasty. Cant remember the name of it though lol.

    250g chicken breast sliced finely
Handful of green prawns, peeled (these can be left out)
    1 bunch shallots chopped finely
    5 tsp garlic
    Rice stick noodles
    1 tbsp dark soy sauce
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tbsp oil

Heat oil in wok on high heat. Pour in egg and swirl around base until set. Slide onto chopping board and shred. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over rice stick noodles in a heatproof container and leave to the side.
Add chicken to wok, stirfry until cooked through. Add prawns and stirfry until cooked. Add garlic and shallots and stirfry for 2 mins.
Drain noodles and toss through chicken and prawns.
Pour in sauces and toss to mix evenly.
    Enjoy!

Do you make your own taco spices? Same with butter chicken?

I'm finding it hard to find home made butter chicken I like. I've tried skinny mixers don't like it.
