    Not really, it's like a stir fry, just have everything chopped and ready to go and it only takes maybe ten mins of stiring then you can leave it until the rice is cooked ( about 30-40 mins in total) but it's a great meal as it's got veggies/rice/seafood so you don't really need anything else! ( we did it last night )
