    I second the nice blouse idea, and maybe a scarf or some beads for character. Makes you more memorable and plain corporate shirt and pants is a bit bland for an interview. I've done a lot of recruiting and always like the candidates who have made a bit of effort and show a little personality.

    I would just go in your work uniform.

    They are seeing your resume - they know where you are working, and that you are still currently working.

    If its smart, appropriate and you are going to the interview on your way to work, its fine.

    Update. No job interview for me tomorrow. Found out today that my contract is being renewed. So very relieved.
