    Default 8 days late.

    Hi . Im 8 days late for af. For the last 4 night ive felt like i was getting my period from the cramps i was getting but i keep waking up to no blood. Which is weird for me. Why do i keep cramping ? Along with a weeks worth or headaches .

    I think it's time to go and visit your GP. There are many reasons this could be happening.

    Hun we have way insufficient information to be able to help. Are you trying to conceive? Have you had sex recently? How long is your menstrual cycle usually? Have you taken a pregnancy test or been to a doctor?

    Im trying to conceive. i have been having sex unprotected. Its normally about 28/30 days. Ill normally get cramp and within a couple hours ill start bleeding.

    Been getting clamps at night time mainly and ive gone from sleeping well to tossing and turning.
    Haven't tested yet

    How the heck have you managed to hold out for 8 days after AF was due to arrive without testing? Most people who are trying to conceive test before AF is due!
