Are you on the pill? If so skip the sugar pills.

There is a tablet called Primolut that can delay it. It was prescribed to me after unexplained uterine bleeding the other week and when I was researching it (I always do that if prescribed something I have never had!) I noticed it is used a lot to delay periods as well.

I don't know if it'll work, but it can't do any harm... If you have a short luteal phase, taking B6 increases luteal phase, which is lengthening the time between ovulation and af starting. Start taking b6, it's cheap and it won't hurt you, worth a try anyway. Good luck..

Can you ask your OB if there's anything you can take? I know when I had mine done they wanted it just after Af to make sure was no chance of pregnancy.

Why do you need to delay it for a lap? I had one done in Feb and was told they don't care if you AF, they still do it

Do you need to delay? I've had laps during AF. I would be concerned about taking pills and messing up your hormones.

I've had 3 laps previously for endo and they have never worried about it. Fingers crossed they don't make you change it
