Thanks for the responses. To clear a few things up the gestational age of both is a week more then the age given so at the moment my sisters gestational age is 12 weeks 3 days mine is 11 weeks 4 days. My sisters ultrasound was taken at the radiology department of the Orange hospital while mine was taken at Clear Imaging in Wagga. My sisters doctor has told her that she needs to stop the drugs as she has just had another ultrasound showing very little change to the one above. The doctor has told her that the full amount of damaged the drugs are doing should show up by her 16 week scan. FACS has been given 4 separate reports on her as she wouldn't listen to her mother, our father, myself or her grandparents on the subject. Her doctor is making her do the 12 week Down syndrome scan because he thinks it's very likely to come back positive.

Also it wasn't me comparing the ultrasounds it was her. She wanted to know why my baby looked different to hers I just asked. I'm afraid as far as it goes she knows the drugs are doing damage but she won't stop. At last count she was doing up to 10 joints a day to deal with her morning sickness not to mention she went to a party the other night and her friend told me that she was drinking quite heavily even after her friends told her not to.

Does she realise that if she is reported to child safety then they may decide take her baby into care as soon as it's born? I hope she decides to clean up her act for her sake and the baby's
