Hi, I'm 38+5 and have sinusitis too and was told to use the sinus flo like the previous poster mentioned. It's a strange and uncomfortable sensation but will give you some relief esp at night.

    Good Luck!

I get bad sinisitus with every pregnancy (it is pregnancy induced). I use saline spray and Polaramine (category A, safe to use). Only problem with Polaramine is it makes you sleepy

Thanks to you all I bought nasal flo today. The only problem is I'm so congested it doesn't flow all the way through!! But hopefully it's doing something. I'm not looking forward to yet another sleepless night.

Thanks @CazHazKidz I'm going back to the GP tomorrow so she might give me something else. I worry about the drowsy effect because I have a two year old to look after, and no one to help me. Maybe if I put him into daycare for the day or take it at night. Right now I'm pretty desperate!

I had awful congestion when pregnant and accidentally put too much wasabi on my meal and (along with burning my eyeballs) my head cleared and I had relief for a few hours

Wasn't preggers at the time but once tried a freshly made and rather hot mustard. I think it would've cleared cement out
