    Sorry to hijack ... Again...
But for those that have frozen fish do you buy it frozen or do you buy it fresh and freeze it yourself? If you freeze it yourself how do you do this?

I have a standing order at my fish shop and they freeze my salmon in a vacuum sealed bag for me every Thursday , the day it comes in ( they say that's the best way to freeze it ) and I buy the rest fresh - if I need to freeze it at home I just use a freezer bag - just make sure the fish you buy is fresh and hasn't been frozen before - before freezing fillet it or cut it into the required sizes first and just defrost in the fridge
