Missed tonight as well but only because I was out eating at a great restaurant. Devo that Melita is out and Rose is still in!

I would like to try Marcos macaroni cheese. Wonder if its the website. Kids might like it.
    Any kid friendly dishes?
Yep - I did Georgia's panko and sesame prawns - DS loved them! All the recipes are on the website

    Ok FINALLY all caught up.

Sad week for harvs :-( I liked those two.

Also, I can't even remotely understand how what Rose cooked was Thai? Surely Melita would have had better flavours? So what if the chicken didn't make it in? It could have just been a veg dish!

And that challenge was so frustrating! Silly Ava and her low prices. Damn Sara and her business nous!

Why do the judges behave as if pork cracking is some sort of masterpiece?
I don't eat pig but did as a child and yeah I get it, salty, crunchy, but is it really such a skill to make crackling?

Im sick of every pressure test dish being "the most intense dish EVEEEERRR". Seriously we are up to season what now?

@harvs, but that's entirely the problem - Mellita called it a chicken curry and then there was only one bit of chicken. If she said to them it was a veggie curry she would have been fine.

Rose is so frustrating to watch! She reminds me of Julie Goodwin, whatever season that was. Bumbling around the kitchen with clearly no idea.

Yeah I know. I agree with you. I just think sometimes that time limit is so bogus. Some contestants get fed ideas from the judges which is far more of an advantage than giving her 5 seconds to tip some chicken out.

I have a feeling Rose won't go tonight- they've just built her up so much as "finally getting into the swing of things", that I think they're planning on having her around for a while. I really hope I'm wrong though!

One thing I've noticed though is that with Rose and sometimes others, they go on about "stop overthinking things, just cook how you cook at home", and then for other contestants they get criticised because their basic dishes "are not enough for this stage of the competition"
