We just figure iui is cheaper initially and also not paying to freeze embys after so we'd like to try iui 1 more time. Plus DP did conceive last cycle so she is able to do that part, just needs it to stick this time.
Dr said her bt levels were "amazing", "but it was just one of those things"...

When I did iui, I got $500 back from my $1600 cycle.. So hoping to get the same back from dps next cycle. I might put our older receipts in aswell, can't hurt...

Why don't the clinics inform you about this?! How annoying!

Sorry to hear that. We're out too.

Tested this morning, BFN. AF was due on Tues, but Pregnyl can supposedly delay it.

Now to occupy ourselves for the 6 month IVF wait list...

Hope your wait isn't too long

Oh so sorry to hear if AF isn't due until Tuesday though it may be too early? Why on earth do you have to wait 6 months for IVF? We are starting this month.

Have you considered switching clinics? Our clinic was happy for us to move straight on to IVF for next cycle. And now that we are 'medically infertile' we will get the medicare rebate too

AF was due on Tuesday just gone. But suspect it's late just due to Pregnyl.

Not sure why the wait list for IVF donor sperm is so long atm, it may even end up being a longer wait than IUI was!

Will you be having to choose a new donor, too?

Come to our clinic. They are amazing. They let us choose to keep our IUIS donor or a new donor. We have gone with a new one because he has fathered 2 girls already so at least we know he can make babies.

We are having our nurse info session tomorrow morning (very reluctantly canceled the BT just now) and then start injections next week sometime.

Can you and DP wait 6+ months to start again? I find it very strange that they are making you

    Very exciting for you!

For whatever reason, at MIVF you only get 2 goes of IUI donor sperm (supposedly because only the top notch stuff is used solely for IUI) you then have to choose a new donor for IVF.

I really wouldn't mind switching clinics if it meant less waiting, but doubt DP would! We went on the IVF wait list after iui#1 so hopefully it doesn't end up being as long as expected!
