I've always used Grobags with my DD, they're sleeveless but I always make sure DD is in the appropriate clothing to suit.
I've actually just bought an 18-36month Grobag. I thought she would be using a blanket by now (shes 22 months) but we've tried blankets and shes a wriggle bum and the blanket ends up off so the Grobags have been a lifesaver to make sure she keeps warm while she is doing 360's in her sleep lol.

I like grobags and recently bought a twin pack from eBay for just over $50. Very cheap for good quality bags.
