It's coming up fast @emski72, you'll be here and back home again before you know it !
Thanks for reminding me leyshoja I need to book it!
I wonder if they trialled it for the first couple of months to test the equipment without making us pay for it??
It would explain why the initial stats we had on the roll call for early this year were so high..
Zara – Welcome. I know you’ll get a lot answers and support from the wonderful woman here. I’ll leave the MF question to the ladies that have the more informed answers. As for where to start, if you contact CFC, they will give you an information pack that will help you to understand the whole process. Good luck with your journey.
Lisa – Great news on your scan. Congrats.
TannyMac – Another set of twins… Wonderful news and congrats.
Leyshoja – Glad you arrived safely. You are off to a great start with that lining and fingers crossed for your EPU and fert report. Enjoy CT. South Africa is like my second home as I live just next door in Zimbabwe. I can tell you as far as tipping goes, people are generally happy with whatever what you give them. For looking after your car etc R5 should be fine. Restaurants differ, some workers get a salary but most work for tips only.. the norm is to give about 10% of your bill but if you feel like paying more it’s really all up to you.
Can anyone suggest where to go for cheap but good quality clothes/shoes shopping.. The new mall at V&A is pretty exxy.
Woolworths in Cavendish Square had some nice stuff, Woolworths are everywhere. I'd check out Century City (will have to drive) as its the biggest shopping centre there. It's on my list for next trip.
We went into Woolworths yesterday and it all seemed same price as in Australia. I thought it would be much cheaper here?
We are still battling with the currency obviously lol
